This work began in France during my art residency at the Chateau Orquevaux. After many layers, the piece finally settled when I used a wallpaper glue brush and heavy paint to calm the details. Quatre Tasses translates to Four Glasses, a reference to the items in the old lower level pantry of the chateau, no longer used.
